She is also a qualified chef as well as an author, wife and mother of three. She regularly appears on The Home Channel on DSTV and puts her passion for nutrition and cooking to good use as the Founder of the Little Cooks Club, the original cooking school for children in South Africa.

As a mother, health coach and chef, as well as a woman who struggled with her weight for many years, Christine knows the importance of feeding your family well and making positive nutrition choices.
