Nicola Comninos: Head of Strategy for the JSE

Nicola ComninosNicola Comninos will be kicking off all the activity at our speakers corner as the first person to take the stage at 9am on Friday 4 November. Nicola is a working mom and who is known in the financial world as the head of strategy and business intelligence at the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. Nicola has been with the JSE since May 2007 currently heads up the team responsible for JSE group strategy, pricing strategies and financial modelling.

Nicola has over 10 years’ experience in financial markets and her previous roles include Head of Business Intelligence, where she was responsible for the JSE statistics, Head of Equities and Equity Derivatives and Head of Equity Market Development, where she looked after product and business development for the Equities and Equity Derivatives markets.

Nicola Comninos is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA),  holds a BComm Honours in Investment Management (Cum Laude) and also has a BComm Investment Management (Cum Laude) degree. Talk about high achiever!

So, want to know how she does it? Or maybe you’re more interested in hearing some insider tips on how best to invest on the JSE. Either way, you’re in luck!
