Cupcakes & Carpools: Confessions of a Stay At Home Dad

September 6, 2016 By janice.windt@gmail.com

Confessions of a Stay At Home DadEver wondered what it’s really like behind the scenes in the life of a Stay At Home Dad?  You’re in luck!  Meet Deenin Padayachee…

Cupcakes & Car Pools: Confessions of a Stay At Home Dad

After over thirteen years of working in a corporate environment, Deenin gave it all up to become a stay at home dad to his two young children.  Along with the added responsibilities of butler, chef, playmate, driver and professional seeker of lost toys, he evolved to become a “work from home dad” by designing the “Thinker Box”, an activity set for babies and toddlers based on developmental milestones.

He now juggles the responsibilities of being a Stay At Home Dad with entrepreneurship in his role as Director at Little Thinkers.  Though ‘stay at home dad’ and entrepreneur, businessman or CEO are two traditionally contrasting roles, Deenin has managed to make it work and loves every moment.

Deenin is as humble and personable as you can imagine.  When you meet him, he introduces himself as a Stay At Home Dad, only mentioning his business as an afterthought.  He is incredibly passionate about and involved with his kids and this shines through in the passion he has for his business.

Great to meet you Deenin!  Check out Little Thinkers today.
