Everything Working Mothers Need

Taking care of yourself to take care of others, without feeling guilty

September 14, 2016 By janice.windt@gmail.com

Natalee HolmesDo you undervalue the benefits of taking care of yourself?  Maybe it’s time to make a change…

Natalee Holmes is the Director and Owner of Redirecting Children’s Behaviour of SA. She has an Honours degrees in Psychology and has been involved in counselling and education all over the world. She has worked in the corporate world in education and training, for pregnancy crisis centres, TARA and various other centres in Pennsylvania USA, where she lived for over seven years. Natalee is an internationally certified parent coach and educator, a published writer, and also a family and youth counsellor.  She balances all these achievements and qualifications with being a mother to three boys.

Natalee founded Redirecting Children’s Behavior (RCB) of South Africa because she is passionate about parenting and helping parents realise their dreams of being great parents. She is an avid believer in bringing joy back to parenting, becoming a conscious parent, and having peace in the home.
Naturally, her own business reflects this. RCB of SA is an organisation created to advocate and promote awareness of the need for positive parenting in the community, and to provide parenting and coaching services to local parents and organisations. RCB of SA brings positive parenting programs to the community through its Parent Education Department.

Through her sincere, direct approach, her humorous anecdotes and stories, and insightful observations, Natalee offers your family techniques and principles that will build children’s self-esteem and parents’ confidence. She’ll be discussing the importance of taking care of yourself in order to take care of others, without feeling guilty, at the Working Mothers Expo on Sunday 6th November at 11h15.

The Working Mothers Expo, brought to you in partnership with MiWayLife, brings together everything working mothers need under one roof. 4-6 November 2016. Sandton Convention Centre. Meet our MCs, Elana Afrika and Claire Mawisa, at the Speakers Corner.
